Magellan Map 410 GPS
The new Magellan Map 410 hand-held GPS contains a built-in base map that provides coastlines, marine navigation aids such as floating and fixed marks, lighthouses and radio beacons. Additionally, the 410 boasts a port for download capability from either Magellan's MapSend CD-ROM or C-Map NT. The sharp, 240 x 120 pixel display is 25 percent larger than comparable models. One set of AA batteries can run the Magellan 410 for an industry-record-30 hours.
This differential-ready GPS receiver consists of a 12-parallel-channel receiver and can store up to 500 waypoints. The unit offers full PC compatibility and can work with most current mapping programs. MSRP on the new Magellan 410 is $489.99.
